BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Established and commissioned on 9th April, 2002 by Dr. D.K. Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire
and Miracles Ministries Worldwide. It was one of 13 schools under the institue of spiritual warfare on on 7th November, 2002 as the
umbrella covering the schools. The pioneer registrat Dr. F.K. Oladele automatically became H.O.D under INSWAR and was elevated
to a Rector in year 2008 by a letter signed by the then ministerial administration. The current Rector is Pastor (Dr.) J.I. Ilori. He became the
current Rector in June 2010 at the G.Os office when the former Rector travelled abroad
OBJECTIVES OF THE SCHOOL
The school of Counselling and Peace Studies was one of the first Five out of fifteen schools granted authonomy by the Church and it was
established to render 3-month full time English and Yoruba courses, 6-month part time English and Yoruba and sandwich training programmes for
foreign students in the following courses:
- Christian Counselling
- Integrated Counselling
- Peace-keeping Mediation and Conflict Resolution
- Career Counselling and Empowerment for Ministers of God, Workers, Members and Christians from other churches who applied through the
G.O at the Headquarters, Prayer City, Regional campuses in Lagos and some states in the Federation.
The G.O has recently approved a campus for the school in California. The school provides and promotes enviable academic and practical training in
the above mentioned areas based on strong biblical art/perspectives, communication and contemporary issues in counselling, peace keeping,
mediation abd conflict resolution in which ministerial and speciality programmes are taught, upheld and practiced for the sons and daughters
of the living God who are trained as spiritual soldiers/ambassdors for the end time.
THE GOVERNING BOARD AND VISITOR/PRESIDENT
The school is under a governing board and the president/visitor is the G.O to whom the Rector is responsible to.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of WASC or NECO with a good grade in English language. In addition a student should have attended school of biblical studies,
school of prayer and school of deliverance in order to apply the knowledge gained in counselling and mediation. Salvation and Holy Spirit baptism
are other prerequisites
SCHOOL FEES
The tuition/school fees for a whole session is NGN 14,000 comprising of tuition (NGN 10,000), packs (NGN 2,500) and certificate (NGN 1500)
LECTURE PERIODS
- 8 am - 5 pm Mondays through Thursdays for full time students
- 4 pm - 7:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays for part time students
- Intensive weekend lectures in regions Thursdays through Sundays

English and Yoruba are the mode of instruction; we use interpreters in case of foreign French students

REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
- At least 70% attendance in class lectures
- Full payment of school fees to Bursar
- Satisfactory performance in continuous assessments and examinations
- Full participation in power nights and case studies
- Satisfactory behaviour throughout the course
- Project completed and defended
- Registration in the school only during the session
